Michael Scheman
Michael Scheman earned his MFA from Columbia University and has directed in theatres internationally, across the country and in New York on and off Broadway. He was a member of the BMI workshop, and received an Lucille Lortel nomination from his adaptation of Pirates of Penzance which he staged on board a ship docked at South Street Seaport. He also won the John Golden prize for his play Running from the Rhyme. Michael is a graduate of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and has his own private practice in Manhattan.
